ORE Engineering Services is currently in the process of getting accredited with SANAS still at document review stage, and has capacity to conduct the following processes;

• Activities covered by the Minerals Act 29 and the PER Regulations of the OHSACT, Act 85. • Design evaluation and approval/verification of drawings
• Pressure vessels and boilers that need to be recertified.
• Incoming material verification, cast number material transfer, and reporting (ISO 3834 & SANS 347)
• Fabrication verification, such as seeing fit-ups and weld preps, etc.
• examining, observing, and assessing NDEs
• Observing shop pressure testing
• Nameplate stamping and countersign stamping / certificate of compliance issuance.
• Conduct data books review continuously and final approval.
• Observing to required pressure testing for pressure vessels in use / in-service.
• Steam generators are subject to annual visual inspections as well as 36 monthly statutory inspections.
